Announcement issued by the Graduate Studies Committee


The Graduate Studies Committee at Lahaye University hereby announces to accept all students wishing to complete their higher education at Lahaye University - Open studies according to the following:

1. Students can register for the Master's degree program in any date prior to the month of October, prior the month of February or prior the month of July. In other words, the registration for the Master's courses begins in three dates in the year.

2. Students can register for the PhD program at any time during the year, after the submission of a search and obtaining an approval on that research.

3. Admission shall be pursuant to the terms and conditions set by the university.

  Examination instructions ..  
     
 

 

  Examinations will be conducted twice a year at the university according to the system of the two semesters. The first examination begins at the end of each semester, and the second one will be held during the first week of September for those who failed in the first semester. As for the students who were unable to set for the examinations at the university, they will be able set for these exams in some centers prepared for this purpose in different countries.

  The examination system of the university allows student to move to the second year if he failed in one or two subjects provided that he successfully passes such subjects before graduation.

Scores for all class will be out of 100

Passing score
50% for Bachelor degree
60% for Master's degree

Failing score
Less than 50% in the BA degree
Less than 60% in the Master's degree

Marks evaluation:

- Excellent: 90% or above
- Very good: 80% to 89%.
- Good: 70% to 79%.
- Average: 60% to 69%.
- Satisfactory: 50% to 59%.
- weak: less than 50%.
