Rules of procedure of Lahaye University in Netherlands for the year 2006
The rules of procedure of Lahaye University consist of twenty eight articles; in which articles (3) and (4) state that:
Article 3

Lahaye University is a European non profit and autonomous institution with a legal personality and registered in the Kingdom of the Netherlands and it has the right to prosecution.

Lahaye University consists of Board of Trustees, Board of Directors, Council of Faculties, professors, staff, students and graduates.

The University has a slogan adopted by the Board of Trustees.

Headquarters of Lahaye University is located in Hague, the capital of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and it may establish offices and branches within the Kingdom of the Netherlands and abroad.
Article 4
Arabic and English are the official languages of instruction in the faculties and the institutes affiliated. The University Board of Directors may decide to use another language, such as Kurdish and Dutch in instruction if necessary.
Instructions for the organization of academic work
These Regulations were issued under Article (10) of the Rules of Procedure for 2006. Theses Rules of Procedure consist of Forty one articles, which included all the details on the organization of work of the Board of Directors, Council of Scientific Affairs, Faculty Council, Council of Department, the powers of the deans, Heads of Departments, Faculties and the certificates awarded.
Financial Regulation
The Financial Regulation consists of forty five articles governing the performance of the financial aspects of the University. The fifth article states that:
Article (5) includes the estimations of the annual budget revenue of the University:
1. Tuition fees.
2. The proceeds of movable and immovable properties.
3. Grants, donations and other income, which are subject to the approval of Board of Directors and Board of Trustees.
4. Other income resulting from the activities of the university.
Regulation of the Faculty Members
This Regulation was issued under Article (10) of the Rules of Procedure for 2006. This regulation consists of forty seven articles, which organize the relationship between the professors and the university. As for Article (3), it provides the following:

The instructions of awarding the Bachelor's Degree are organizing the study requirements of the Undergraduate Students, the courses system, exams and grades. These instructions consist of fifty-six articles.

These Regulations, which consist of thirty-one articles, are organizing the Postgraduate Studies, requirements for admission and grades to be awarded.
Instructions of Master's degree
The instructions for awarding the Master's Degree are organizing the study requirements of the Master's degree students, the courses system, exams and grades. These instructions consist of forty-two articles.
Instructions for awarding the PhD
The instructions for awarding the PhD are organizing the study requirements of the PhD students, the courses system, exams and grades. The instructions consist of thirty-seven articles.
Instructions for examinations
These instructions are issued to govern the conduct of the examinations and the responsibility examination committee. These instructions consist of three sections.
Instructions of scientific research
These regulations are issued under Article (10) of the Rules of Procedure for 2006. These regulations consist of fifty articles organizing the scientific research process, research projects, conditions of the research, and requirements to participation in conferences, publication method and other controls.
